About Me

When I grow up.... I want to be a pirate. And since I have a liberal arts degree, I believe that I am more than qualified for this line of work.

But for the moment, I am content with my job as the art director for an advertising agency in Macon, Georgia. It allows me to meet lots of interesting people and take on a myriad of projects from a food catalog to a logo for a cement silo to naming a car wash.

I live with three wonderful boys --- my cat, River, and my two rats, Max and Scooter. We all manage to live in a state of peace and harmony. Although, the one plant I owned is no longer with us.

In my spare time, sometimes get to pretend I am a pirate. Sometimes, I dress up like a marshamallow and whip people with a skinny little sword. Sometimes, I shoot a lot of people... with my camera. (Check out my photo blog.) Other times, I whip out the d20s and take on orcs with bad attitudes (D&D).

Other activies that take up my spare time include include drawing, painting, cleaning, boozing, and watching "CSI." I am also a self-proclaimed "rum snob."
